CERTIFICATION

All interstate commercial drivers of vehicles must obtain and keep current a Medical Examiner’s Certificate with a maximum gross vehicle weight rating of over 10,000 pounds (4,536 kilograms) (ME Certificate) Two extra criteria apply to commercial drivers who operate cars that require a CDL.

WHAT IS ELD?

What is ELD? Electronic Logging Device is known as ELD. To keep track of driving time, Department of electronic hardware is connected to a truck’s engine. The driver can check their current status on a screen and print hour logs when it is required.
